– No problem. How do you want the minced meat: beef or beef and pork?
– I don’t know how our cook used to make it.
– It’s done both ways. But to make it perfectly, it should be beef plus one fifth of pork.
– Tell him to make it that way.
– Good. Borsch NAVY stile?
– Yes, please.
– For your spouse?
– The same. We have similar tastes.
– Anything to drink?
– A hundred grams of Armenian brandy and a bottle of Chianti. It’s Italian wine, have you got it?

– Yes, please.

– Chianti is international now but all of our Chianti is from Italy though. Would you both like salads?
– Yes, please. House salads are fine.

– I’d like ice-cream and not frozen yogurt or low fat, please. One portion with strawberry syrup, the other with chocolate chips.
– Coffee, tea?

– No, I think that that should just about cover it.
– Any sugar or chocolates with your coffee and tea?
– Chocolates, please.
– Alright! Sounds good. I will be bringing your dessert out to you both shortly here, OK?
