       The Secrets of the Cosmos

       Unity of Faith

This book, among other things, is a revealing of a primordial mystical science that has been lost from humanity for ages. Among the other things, it is the story of the cosmic law of the universe that rules the inner soul of man - the microcosm, and the outer soul of the cosmos - the macrocosm. I will tell this story using the metaphor of a perfect circle for the condition of the human soul when it was in a state of perfection, and master of the primordial mystical science. Antithetically, I will use the term ellipse, which means imperfect circle, as the metaphor for the soul as it evolved over time after its fall from grace - and losing the knowledge of the mystical science - as the allegory about Adam and Eve, recorded in the Torah and Quran, informs us.

The author will utilize this metaphorical dichotomy to elucidate this spiritual cosmology in order to facilitate understanding. Metaphors are used because they cover the full spectrum of levels of understanding that humans exhibit. They can be read on a basic level, such as reading the story of the Garden of Eden as a simple moral tale of obedience. But they can also be interpreted on a high level, as here, in a way that tells us about the structures of the soul, that the allegory is informing us about.

I could have used the term paradise, instead of circle, but this brings too much emotionality into the story, I feel; therefore the more objective term “circle” is being used in order to create a unity of understanding, devoid of the emotion attached
