      Reluctance

      As you may have noticed during the 1st devotion and just now, concentrating on the subject is sometimes a rather difficult story. Repeat the slow, even distribution, the brief, gentle touch of the chakra points, the nipples. If the exercise is over after two to three repetitions, you can let go of the restraint.
