      Life in darkness

      But the creatures of love, people, are hindered in their real function. They are blind, they cannot see what their source is. The Kundalini snake, the embodiment of life energy, sleeps at the end of the spine. We want to wake them up.

      Mula Bandha

      A central exercise is mula bandha. We want to take a closer look at this today. The Mula Bandha takes place with the muscles in the area of the root and sacral chakra. Translated, the term means "root lock". With this exercise you are literally sucking the energy of the world into your spine, preventing it, like a valve, a sluice, from flowing out again, instead pushing it upwards.

      After we see the human body closely connected with the flow of all energies in Tantra, one can say that a targeted training of the pelvic floor muscles increases the ability to transfer energy from the earth via roots (root chakra!) to the end of the spine, where the sleeping Kundalini-bundle of energy lies curled up, to send, to let through, almost fantastically amplified.       Mula Bandha is an exercise that can be practiced on almost any occasion. In this way you can also send new energy impulses to your chakras. You have to try out whether you find the Mula Bandha exercise easier when you breathe out or when you inhale. At first, you will most likely find it easiest if you hold your breath.

      Muscles are autonomous

      The muscles in the pelvic floor work for themselves. They are not connected to each other. This means that it is possible to train each muscle individually and also to activate, deactivate, contract. The more intense and long your training, the more control you gain.
