that life and the experience of being tortured. Both of her ankles were broken by a fanatical church group because she was dancing prayers and was a free spirit. They broke her bones as punishment for dancing. It was not acceptable to them, even though no one was required to watch.

Looking at this life from a higher perspective, Jacquelyn learned that to heal the pattern of wounding her ankles she needed first to detach from judgment and then to create the wisdom that it is okay to dance the prayers in public. It was not necessary for her to forgive any of those who tortured her as she had never blamed them. Instead, she had turned on herself thinking that she had done something wrong. Therefore, she needed to forgive herself, which she did. “It is okay to make mistakes,” she said. Then she flashed on a later life in colonial times when she was training as an understudy in classical dance. Something happened to the main star prior to a performance, and she filled in. While dancing she reached an ecstatic state—becoming one with the Divine. Her dancing has always provided the opportunity to merge with the Divine and send the energy out. That is how she embodies God or the Divine Light.

In order to heal the pattern of hurting her ankles, she must become more fully embodied in the physical. The difficulties Jacquelyn has been experiencing originated when she entered into a body and disconnected from the God source. Something happened to her when she came into the Earth in this lifetime that caused her to enter into her body only down to just above the knees. In order for that to heal, her spirit must fully merge into the physical and not be afraid of being hurt. It is also important for her to become more aware of her movements. She understood that not being fully in the body is causing her to get hurt, and she recognized this pattern as a distortion and released it. That finally allowed her spirit to enter completely. She said it felt good to connect her feet with the spirit of Mother Earth. Instantly she became aware of another energetic distortion that caused her to create illness so that she might rest. As soon as the recognition of the impulse came to her consciousness, she committed to finding a way to do so without becoming sick or hurting herself. Next, she agreed that it is okay to take care of herself and understood that being healthy will assist her in caring for others. The idea that she created illness to rest was a big surprise to her. She never imagined that she held an unconscious motivating factor for getting hurt or being ill.

Jacquelyn next recalled having lived when Christ did and training in the Essene community. Christ became a powerful teacher for her. This session helped to reestablish her connection with Christ, and she saw Christ wrapping her ankles on the spiritual level. He said to her, “You can heal yourself.” Jacquelyn said, “We hear that all the time.” However, she had not yet fully embraced it, and experiencing this vision of Christ was an important message for her not to doubt her abilities to heal herself. We all have the power to reverse the process of injuries and pain and she embraced that knowledge.

I, then, guided her to change the focus, and we moved to the gallbladder. First, she saw a vision of her mother and recognized the victim consciousness her mother had portrayed during her life. The pattern was created by Jacquelyn’s great-grandmother, even though her great-grandmother did not have physical difficulties while she was alive. Looking at this from the astral plane, Jacquelyn was able to see the maternal lineage, which was Hungarian gypsy. The women were disempowered and not able to speak about how they were treated or about such things as arranged marriages. They were not courageous enough to stand up for themselves. The pattern went very deep. Her great-grandmother’s marriage had been arranged, and her feelings about this created a female lineage thought form of victim consciousness. This was addressed as the regression proceeded.

The past-life in which the gallbladder illness originated was in China during the Tang Dynasty. Jacquelyn’s first view of that life showed a man wearing robes inside a room where he was obsessively writing and studying. He was a high-level healer who was experiencing excruciating pains resulting from guilt. As a healer he had failed to cure a boy in the royal family, and the boy died. Nothing worked, and he felt terrible. His punishment was banishment, but the family still depended on him for his skills and knowledge. The rest of that life was spent in banishment, but that did not bother him. His whole focus was on trying to find a way to heal the physical condition that killed the boy. The emotion of guilt was held in the gallbladder, and that is what he died from. We sent the guilt into the Light, and Jacquelyn forgave herself for not being able to heal the boy nor find a cure. While doing this, she learned that her body thinks it has to suffer, so she spoke to it and told it that it does not have to suffer that any longer.

Before she incarnated in this life, she picked this very issue of guilt to resolve by using her creativity and energy to help others and at the same time to transform her negative beliefs that caused her to reject the idea of embodying in a female form. For her, recreating a physical body in harmony with her etheric blueprint and God’s plan for this incarnation is vital. Transforming her negative patterning from having an ill body to one of perfect health is the vibrational pattern that she is working on. That is why she is facing it again and why she picked the family she did. The thought form was a pattern originally created by her and members of her family at a time when she was part of a spiritual group, and her mother in this life was her husband then. Together they have had a lot of lessons to work on related to their being on opposite ends of the spiritual spectrum. Jacquelyn believed that in their former lives together her mother had acted the role of hampering her expression of being spiritual. In this incarnation she feels there has been a total healing and resolution of this relationship, and although her mother has passed, there now exists a deep love and acceptance of each other.

While on the astral plane, Archangel Michael presented her with a shield and sword to cut through any blocks and to protect her from creating new ones. These spiritual tools were enlisted to reverse the thought form, which was then healed from the time of its origin all the way forward through the generations until it was finally destroyed. Now Jacquelyn can spiral the energy out whenever she thinks of the pattern or feels the need to get rest. She is now free to express her needs and let others know when it is time to care for herself. Creating illness is no longer necessary in her life.

Jacquelyn’s next physical concern was her back, and when guided, she immediately found herself as a man in jail. He was handcuffed because he was a rabble-rouser and part of a freedom movement in France in the 1800’s. When he was arrested, he was abandoned by his friends and girlfriend. He felt betrayed by them, and this was a repeat of the victim pattern which was being held by Jacquelyn in her back. The victim consciousness in him thought he needed to be assisted by other humans because he did not believe in the Divine. The next step to the process was for Jacquelyn to forgive them. He had loved his compatriots but held it against them because they had deserted him when he was jailed. Now she sees that he was sustained by Spirit and that she is always sustained by Spirit. She now realizes that her back can support her because she knows that it is and will always be supported by Spirit. [This is a good example of the body sending us a message that points to the problem because the back supports our physical being.] Angels put angel wings on her to provide her with a symbol of her connection with the Divine.

As she thought about her body and health issues, Jacquelyn dissolved the thread that tied to mass consciousness about being ill and about being female. She had always experienced difficulty accepting the concept of being female. Embodying in a female form felt disempowering because she had been a male in many previous lives. The originating cause of this thought was a life in Greece. As a girl, her birth was a big disappointment to her family. The Romans came as conquerors when she was a young girl and placed her in a house of prostitution. She was made a slave but not a prostitute because of her age, although she later became the mistress of a married senator. The lesson of that lifetime was to learn to love, but in spite of her having learned to love her lover unconditionally, she did not learn to love herself. The work that needed to be done was to acknowledge the power of the female and also the fact that we all need both energies for balance. She then embraced the female energies, the physical form of the female, and the power of the female. In the future she will be able to combine male energy which is action oriented with female creativity so that she can be of even greater service. She liked that. The work was complete, and as she was coming back to consciousness, she saw the Dalai Lama’s presence. This was comforting because Jacquelyn feels a strong connection with him as he is one of her spiritual teachers. When she met His Holiness
