      How will the programme formulate a clear image of the measurable advantages which it will have to deliver? (both financial and non-financial)

      Task

      • In small groups come up with benefits and KPI’s/measurable criteria to define the success of the programme. (both financial and non-financial, tangible and non-tangible, (4 benefits is enough)

      • When will the programme finish? What will be the end-of-program benefits?

      • The group results will be discussed

      Method

      In groups, put the results on a flipchart and present to the other participants.

      • The risks need to be of the 4 different types (strategic, programme, operational and project)

      • Describe for every risk:

      o Probability and Impact

      o The most appropriate Risk actionee(s) and the Risk owner(s) - motivate

      • The group results will be discussed

      • This will take place in between two meeting of the Board. You will have 5 minutes for the most important questions.
