How will the programme formulate a clear image of the measurable advantages which it will have to deliver? (both financial and non-financial)
Task
• In small groups come up with benefits and KPI’s/measurable criteria to define the success of the programme. (both financial and non-financial, tangible and non-tangible, (4 benefits is enough)
• When will the programme finish? What will be the end-of-program benefits?
• The group results will be discussed
