Introduction
Investigating the modern development trends of the world society, scientists come to the conclusion that its level is determined today, mainly by the level of intellectualization of its members, their ability to produce, assimilate and put into practice new knowledge and technologies. However, the future specialist needs not only solid knowledge of the studied disciplines, but also the ability to quickly respond to requests for a dynamically changing reality. The main task of didactics at present is not only to inform students of a certain amount of knowledge, but also to empower them with the willingness and ability to act independently in solving an emerging problem, using the available information and acquired knowledge, that is, to prepare not only qualified competent specialist.
Problem
Studying GGSE standard in engineering specialties at the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasavi showed that such specialties as Computer Engineering and Software, Information Systems, that it is necessary to consider the main laws operating in the education system, as well as for individual educational disciplines, which increases the speed of work. Such educational disciplines as «Software Development Tools», «Visual Programming», «Engineering Graphics», «C # Programming Languages», etc. [6].
In the educational process, the International Kazakh – Turkish University. Kh. A. Yasavi showed that one of the urgent problems of engineering training is the development of a unified form of training, design-module training [6]. Which unites two directions, as a method of projects and modular training it is very important for independent activity of students and contributes to the development of their thinking.
The draft state program for the development of education in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011—2020 (Program) proposes a new national vision: by 2020, Kazakhstan is an educated country, a smart economy and a highly skilled workforce. The development of education should become a platform on which the future economic prosperity of the country will be based. Education is recognized as one of the most important priorities of the long-term «Strategy Kazakhstan – 2030» [1].
For this, the country needs to prepare highly qualified specialties in the engineering profile. The development of the information society requires new approaches in the training of specialists in all areas in universities and, of course, this is relevant for engineering professionals.
Professional identification is based on the ideals of student-centered education and considers professional education as the establishment of personal characteristics (properties) of the future professional in unity with the assimilation of knowledge and skills.
For the first time the project method was applied in the USA. It was based on the pedagogical concepts of D. Duyi, who believed that all students’ activities should focus on the formation of his thinking, and the learning process should be based on the needs, interests and abilities of students.
Method
Design-module training is used in the educational process of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Kh. A. Yasavi at the Department of Computer Engineering. In the future, the ideas of the project method were embodied in the team-laboratory method, integrated software and other forms of training organization [2].
Using the project method in the university program pursues the following tasks:
• Activation of cognitive activity;
• Pedagogical support of student intellectual development;
• Formation of self-planning skills of their activities;
• Formation of teamwork skills;
• Instilling skills to work with large amounts of information, highlighting the main thing;
• Expanding the outlook of the student in the selection of materials.
Basic requirements for the project:
1. You must have a problem;
2. Discussion of solutions to student problems should be conducted in real conditions or extremely close to real ones;
3. The project should always be interdisciplinary, to involve the integrated knowledge of students;
4. Implementation of the project begins with determining the type of product and presentation form;
5. Each project requires student research;
6. Requires a result of the work. This is a tool that is developed by the participants. Project team to resolve the problem;
7. At the final stage, a presentation of the work is required.

In the conditions of the changed paradigm of education, great importance is attached to approbation and introduction of innovative educational technologies into the educational process; Moreover, the implementation of those that were considered more effective in the teaching of technical disciplines is possible in modern conditions and in teaching the subjects of the engineering cycle [5].
Thus, the modern technology of education is characterized by the following positions:
• The technology is developed for a specific pedagogical concept, based on a certain methodological and philosophical position of the author (distinguish between technologies of the process of knowledge transfer of skills and skills; technologies of developing pedagogy, etc.);
• The technological chain of actions, operations, and communications is built strictly in accordance with the objectives, having the form of a specific expected result;
Training project: Programming.
«Software development tools».
1. Objectives of the project
Actualize and deepen the student’s knowledge of programming in various programming languages, as well as their advantages and disadvantages in terms of design. With the help of an advance task, to intensify the student’s cognitive activity in working with educational and scientific texts. Formation of communication skills in undergraduates (publicly speaking on the topic, conducting a dialogue, participating in discussions, actively listening).
2. Tasks
– Identify solutions to this problem;
– Realization of interdisciplinary connections;
– Formation of an active position of students on the protection of project work;
– Development of collaboration skills.
4. Equipment
– Computers;
– Interactive whiteboards.
1—2 weeks before the start of the lesson, each member of the group (if there are few students in the group, and if there are many, divided into groups of several people) are given tasks – to study the theoretical foundations of the features of different programming languages and prepare research results.
