      Витамин В2 приводит к снижению усвояемости В1. Рибофлавин и цинк усиливают действие друг друга и улучшают усвояемость. Цинк под воздействием рибофлавина лучше защищает организм. Кальций и железо уменьшают усвоение цинка в кишечнике. Железо и медь замедляют всасывание витамина В2.
