Preface
T he Two Antonias is a work of two fictional short stories. The two stories are centered around two beautiful black women from different backgrounds. The two women are so alike yet so different—one born with a platinum spoon in her mouth and the other married into money. Both are independent, sexually free women desired by many men.
Story 1 is about Antonia “Stix” Grimaldi, who falls in love with two twin brothers. One twin is a marine serving his country and longs to marry a rich white woman. The other twin is a bad boy who has a murder in his past. Both are handsome, sexy, and alluring men. Both become involved with Stix. Will Stix capture their hearts? Which one will she end up with?
Story 2 centers around the beautiful and very rich Antonia “Tee” Charles, who finds herself getting involved with a married Italian attorney. The attorney hasn’t had much experience with women. His only experience was with his wife. He becomes obsessed with the beautiful Tee. Tee fights hard to resist his advances. Will she give in? Should she give in?
Come along to witness the intrigue and adventure of the two Antonias. Be you male or female, these stories are to be enjoyed by the wonderfully wicked.
Antonia “Stix” Grimaldi
Chapter 1
Antonia “Stix” Grimaldi waited patiently for the guy to bring her printing order to her. She had a presentation in a few days on her new book Women Building Dreams, and she wanted everything to be perfect. She was presenting to a large group of women in downtown Cleveland, and she was excited. Stix always got excited at the thought of empowering women with knowledge. Usually, her audience was a mixture of all races, and she loved that. But she especially wanted to uplift her black sisters even though she was half black and half Italian.
As she was waiting, in walks this tall olive-complexioned man in uniform. She recognized the uniform as being part of the marines. He had a short blond crew cut on the top of his head, and he was clean-shaven around the sides. He was about six feet, five inches in height, and all muscle. Stix had a thing for men in uniform, especially those serving their country. How she would love to get him in bed! The first thing she did was to check out his fingers. Not only was there no wedding ring, but his fingers were big and long. From her experience, the size of a man’s fingers indicated what he was packing in his pants. And by the looks of things, he was a winner.
As he approached the counter, Stix heard him say, “My name is Lieutenant Jamie Wingo. I’m here to pick up my order.” Stix was really intrigued. He spoke with an accent. He’s Hispanic, she thought. And he has blond hair. Stix was really curious about this handsome man.
While waiting for his order, he saw Stix and acknowledged her with a nod. Stix took that as her cue to introduce herself. “Hi, I’m Antonia Grimaldi. People call me Stix. You are a marine, right?” Stix was a good conversationalist, and they began to talk. He too had a presentation to do. He was presenting information to new recruits on weaponry and was picking up copies of his handouts.
The attendant brought back both orders, and Stix and Jamie both departed. Stix opened her order and checked the top sheet. This was the correct order. In the car, Stix’s mind was working overtime. How could she meet this handsome marine again?
When she got home, she had her answer. When she checked her entire order carefully, somehow the lieutenant’s order had gotten mixed in with hers. She immediately got on the phone and talked to the print shop attendant. She demanded the officer’s contact information so that she could take him his order.
The attendant said that would not be necessary. They would take responsibility and see that Lieutenant Wingo got the correct order. They would make sure that Stix got her correct order also. Stix couldn’t let that happen. She wanted to see Jamie again, so she switched to her “rich bitch” attitude. “That will take too long. He needs his materials now. I will take them to him. Let me speak with the owner of the print shop. I don’t have to get my printing done with a business of your size. I thought I would give a local small business some of my money. Do you know who I am? Do you know how many print shops would love to get my business?” Stix exclaimed.
Needless to say, Stix got Lieutenant Wingo’s contact information. She decided to take it to him right away, but before she did, she looked over his handouts. There were quite a few grammatical errors, and the information the lieutenant made reference to was outdated. Stix knew there was a new version of the manual. Stix knew that because she had been asked to edit the new version as a favor for her favorite marine, her godfather General Jack Robertson.
Stix decided before she took it to him she would have her staff edit his handouts. She would get copies of the new version to give to the handsome lieutenant and Stix would reference his information to the new version of the manual. But she would have to work fast.
She called her staff and gave them their assignment. She wanted it done ASAP. As much as she paid them, they had better have it ready for her. She had a man to meet.
Chapter 2
Jamie got into his jeep and sped off. He was really worried about this presentation. It had to come off just right. There were certain officers watching him and waiting for him to fail. Captain Tommy Rivers was leading the pack. He was a white boy from the south. He was always on Jamie’s back. He was a prejudiced son of a bitch. He disliked blacks and Hispanics. He wasn’t too fond of women being in the marines either. He would find something to criticize. Jamie felt it was because of him that he couldn’t get promoted.
On the books, prejudice was not allowed in the marines. Everyone knew that it existed though. Jamie had struggled with a complex all of his life. All of his life, he had been reminded that he was not good enough. He wouldn’t amount to anything. He was just big and dumb. That’s why he joined the Marines right out of high school. He wanted to prove them wrong. He wanted to make something of himself.
He remembered growing up in his neighborhood. His mother had told them how they had left Cuba to make a better life in America. His father had gotten work in a factory. He had supported his wife and four children on that salary. His mother had not worked. His father died at the age of thirty-four. Jamie and his twin brother, Johnny, had become the men of the house. They both had gotten jobs to help support their little brother and sister. He wanted to make his mother proud. That’s why it was so important for him to do well. Jamie had become an officer. The people in his neighborhood looked up to him. Little did they know how hard he had to fight to get there. And he was still fighting.
Jamie decided to think of something more pleasant. As Jamie drove to the base, he smiled to himself. If he wasn’t mistaken, that little black girl in there was flirting with him. He was used to women flirting with him. It was something about a man in uniform that really turned some women on, especially marines. She was pretty, and she had captivating eyes. And from what he could see, she had a cute little shape. Her hair was long and in a ponytail—if that was her hair. These days, you couldn’t really tell what was real and what was fake. She seemed to be very intelligent.
Jamie wasn’t into black women. He liked white women, especially rich white women. For years now, he had dated white women. He even married one. That turned out to be a disaster. He thought that they could really make it. She was a nurse and had a sizeable bank account when they met. The marriage was fine until her money ran out. Jamie had several affairs during their marriage. Then he met Bambi, an airline stewardess. She lived in New York. And although she wasn’t rich, she liked to buy him things.
She would fly him to different places all over the world. And she was very good at giving blowjobs. In fact, that seemed to be her specialty. Jamie loved that. It made him feel so superior. He loved seeing her red hair bobbing up and down like one of those big drills.
Jamie had divorced his wife, and now Bambi was taking care of his needs. Still, she really wasn’t what he wanted. He wanted to be rich. He wanted beautiful homes and fancy cars. He wanted to be among the powerful people.
No,
