      Start taking extra time daily to take care of yourself. Women are not the only ones that should have a daily health care regime.

      It takes very little time out of your day to make sure that your face is washed twice a day to help keep your skin clear and healthy looking, and to keep your hair trimmed and/or styled.

      Zombies may be cool to watch on TV and in the movies, but women are not attracted to them. If you look like one of the walking dead, you cannot expect to get dates.

      Start by making sure that you get enough sleep every night and that will go a long way towards replenishing your energy levels and to help get rid of dark shadowed eyes.

      Also, get some sunlight so you have a little color in your skin. Keep your teeth brushed and floss daily; those little hygiene steps are basic but very necessary.

      If you work with your hands, try to keep your nails trimmed and your fingers clean. Dirty hands on a mechanic are acceptable, but not for a date. These are the small details that women do notice! Invest in a nailbrush and a good set of clippers for your nails.

      Small details really do tell the tale of how somebody is. When women see somebody who looks nice, it is attractive. Showing up with messy hair, shadowed eyes, stubble, and ill-fitting or stained clothing is a sure fire way to end up going home alone every night.

      Go home and look through your clothing; anything you have that does not fit you right then you should toss it in a donation box for charity or have it tailored.

      Wearing clothing that does not fit correctly makes you end up as if you are wearing hand-me-downs from your brother. Clothing should fit you well, no matter what size you are, your clothes should fit nicely.

      If you have not bought anything new in a few years then your wardrobe can probably do with an update. Wearing outdated fashions and clothing makes you look outdated.

      Replacing your entire wardrobe at once is not usually feasible so start replacing outdated items slowly, such as one new item per paycheck and slowly begin to update your wardrobe.

      You never know when you will be running into somebody that you are attracted to, so there is never any reason for you to leave your house looking like a mess.

      Even though you might just be running down to the corner store, if you see an attractive lady and smile, but you are in stained jeans, a ripped t-shirt and you a haven’t seen a hairbrush since the night before, any attempts at flirting will be a disaster.

      You do not have to dress up for every run to the store, but you need to at least look presentable when you run out of the house because you never know when you will run into somebody that you are interested in.

      If you want them to be interested back, you need to look like somebody that they want to talk to and that is why appearance matters, even for a quick run to the store. Be the kind of person that women want to get to know better, and that involves taking an extra few minutes before leaving the house.

      All in all, how you look does matter. Women are attracted to men who take good care of themselves. If you are overweight, it can be more challenging but a great personality can and will make up for that. However, being healthy shows that you care about yourself and your health.

      You can actually lose weight without spending hours at the gym simply by being smart about what you eat and adding just half an hour of exercise to your routine daily.

      Getting healthy will make you feel better about yourself and that is the type of confidence that women find sexy. Nobody is perfect, and everybody has something about their looks that they do not like, but when you let those insecurities take root in your head, it shows through in your actions and words.

      That is why taking pride in how you look is important; your physical features are not as important as how you present yourself overall.

      The men who get the ladies are the men who know this and they never step out of the house in shabby clothes that is why they get women attracted to them wherever they go.
