Металл относится к веществам 3-го класса опасности. Он неизбежно присутствует в нашем рационе, ведь больше всего сосредоточен в овощах, фруктах, морепродуктах. Его количество в пищевых источниках настолько возросло за последние годы, что людей не спасает даже его низкое всасывание в ЖКТ.
Именно поэтому металл представляет риск для здоровья каждого человека. Сократить его потребление просто – достаточно отказаться от кухонной утвари с вредным компонентом, фольги и пищи с высокой степенью переработки. Натуральные цельные продукты содержат наименьшее количество не только алюминия, но и других опасных соединений.
