Then if you double check, cross check and if needed get a second opinion to ensure that the information/details are accurate and correct especially when things are very important its necessary to make sure things are right. Overlooking things and not concentrating then its possible you can mess things up. Mistakes depending on how big the mistake is can be fixed and/or sorted out through.

The Criminal: "Oh no I shouldn't of did that what if I left a piece of mashed up bone fragment somewhere? Oops what if I told the wrong person will they set me up and tell the police what have I done oh god I shouldn’t of did that mistake I'm in big trouble."
The Detective: "Yeah its MW from the homicide squad we got a call an anonymous tip off yeah this dude was involved in this crime we're checking it out and following this up yeah I managed to get some stuff to catch him his made a big mistake he slipped up what a silly man I've got him now won't be long now we can finish this up soon."
Mistakes can happen anytime anywhere sometimes you don't even know or remember if you made a mistake the human mind at times for some can choose not to remember or know everything depending on the person. They might think they are smart however there just might be someone else who is much smarter than them. We learn from our mistakes and try not to repeat them learning and becoming a better person and becoming better at something. Some people choose to do the wrong things in life and their mistakes they might not be able to undo them its too late they are already screwed and no matter what they say or do they cannot get out of it no matter how much money they have, no matter how many spies they hire, no matter who they choose to go threaten, no matter how many guns they might own and no matter where they hide.
Double check/cross check all information/things.
Focus, concentrate and pay attention.

Dealing With Addictions
So many people out there in the world are addicted to something whether its drugs, alcohol, gambling or other kinds of addictions. Either they became that way through someone influencing them or they chose to become that way on their own. Other times people grow up with it in their homes people they live with are addicts and because they've seen it in their lives they've also become that way. And also some other people deny that they have a problem and choose to ignore it and carry on and it becomes worse.
Dealing with addictions can be a hard thing to do facing the reality that you do have a problem and you do need to do something about it. People can be scared and afraid of speaking up saying something is wrong with me and they can be shy or scared to talk about it. Some people can wait and pretend that there's nothing wrong with them but then they become sick and are forced to go do something.
Confronting someone about their addiction problem is hard but if they are family or a friend then you want to be their and support them through this hard times. Having people to talk to it is helpful and also being there to listen to someone hearing about how they feel giving friendly and helpful ideas to make them feel better. Some people may not like being confronted but if you really care about them they need to hear it because if they have no one else to turn to you should be there for them.
When you dealing with people who have addictions you need to be careful with how you say things so they don't feel bad about themselves. Use inspiring and encouraging words when you're talking to them and don't look down on them or do things to discourage them. When they heal and get better and things are looking much better for them they will thank you for that even though at the time it seems as though you're picking on them.
Speak up and don't be scared to talk about it

We all go wrong at times in our life and that’s okay we all make mistakes and can learn from mistakes. Try not to hate yourself you can try and fix the mistake and move forward by learning where you went wrong you can try make it right the next time you do it. Whether its a job or relationship or something else we cannot be perfect all the time perfection isn’t the way human beings were created. So find a way to stop feeling so bad about your mistakes and where you went wrong. Things will become too much for us at times and so we are bound to wrong and not be right every single time.
Sometimes we cannot always see where we went wrong and it may take time to find this out or maybe someone will point it out to us to help us out. So don’t be shy or worried to ask someone to check things for you another set of eyes always help so you can go about things the right way less problems, less mistakes and less stress. Do you see it now? do you now know where you went wrong? can you tell? have you picked up how you did it but how you should have did it? so you went about it the wrong way? so don't stress big deal forget it so now you know what you did wrong and now you won't repeat it again because you know its the wrong way how to do things right?

You can change for the better and become a better person in your lives so many things can happen sad, bad, hard and painful times. Mistakes, accidents and so much more the human mind can make us think the worse at times and when things like this happen. It can lead us into thinking constant negative thoughts those ideas which float around in our head over and over eventually someday in your life you say that's it no more. You decide to change and do things differently things you did before are no more you move on moving forward in another direction. You get older, wiser and have learned enough growing mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically through the ups and downs, failures and hardships, disappointments and difficult situations you had to face over time your mind just says I need to do something.
Sometimes people are afraid of the unknown and don't want to take the chance and do something totally different they are so used to being who they are now. Trying something new and changing can be a challenge and going out there finding what else is there to do or being different in how you do things with people and how you act towards situations isn't always easy because for some people their minds are filled with thoughts that isn't good and those people cannot control their thinking.
You can try and change slowly not rushing into things do something different each time. Don't beat yourself up if you aren't able to adapt to a new environment or doing something new you're only human don't hate yourself if you cannot do something straight away. If you want to change because your past job or relationship or business etc. didn't work out don't stress out keep going and keep trying change and do something different. Get the training or the qualification or the experience and change for the better because you don't have to live life suffering and feeling down.
Maybe you can keep a journal or notebook and write down your feelings each day writing how you feel about your new way of thinking and how you're doing different things to change. Then over the weeks and months look back and see how you have improved or what you can do to try it again so you can get better at it. Changing can make you do something that can change your life makes things easier and better you.
