No coming near her. No looking in our windows. If I catch you, I’ll make sure to take out my extreme displeasure.” Tiberius gently set him down and then tapped the boy on the shoulder as a reminder of who exactly was in control. The teenager whimpered softly. Tib chuckled, liking he could still instill fear into someone, even a target so easily dissuaded as this boy. “Do you comprehend me now?”

      The boy stammered. “Yes… I understand.”

      Tiberius straightened to his full height, making sure he looked super imposing. “Good. Then I’ll get my wife and we’ll go see your mother.”

      A woman’s voice came from behind him. “No need, Lieutenant. I’ll take over from here.”
