integrated personalities) and then into higher group consciousness (where we are guided from the Soul- Higher Power- Spirit, as individuals within the family of the ONE life that permeates the Universe). So, while we need to honor our individual feelings and thoughts, eventually our highest accomplishments come from including the guidance of a Higher Power or Spiritual Knowingness in our lives. That higher plane or place of awareness connects us to All that Is.

      While, each one of us is a precious part of God’s creation, it is also humbling to know that we inhabit a small planet, at the edge of a vast galaxy that exists along with millions of other galaxies, universes and life-forms. We are all Interconnected with each other, on this planet and throughout the universe. I am presenting these thoughts and images now, so that people can begin to adjust to what is coming and not be overwhelmed, as we switch into a new dimension of possibilities. There is a Divine Plan for you and you also get to participate with the Creator!

      Oneness of Spirit

      There are Divine cycles in all of nature, such as the seasons and even larger cycles of change that take thousands or even millions of years to manifest. The Earth is evolving now, after millions of years of growth, into a totally new cycle of existence. This New Earth will allow us to consciously embrace the Oneness of Spirit, that pervades all of life, along with each being’s unique essence or vibration.

      The key to this transition is to Stay in your Heart- do not go into the fear – if some fear does arise, imagine consciously deleting it out of your mind or offering it up to the Divine or God. While we are each unique and special, now is the time to truly know and experience the Oneness of Spirit that permeates and includes all of us. This experience or inner knowing is felt through the Spiritual or Divine Heart.

      The Heart of Oneness is where unconditional love resides, in the Divine Heart. You may have your own experience of this special place. If you don’t, then imagine that there is an energetic space behind the physical heart where a sacred rose or lotus is in full bloom. Or, you may imagine a sacred crystal that holds any spiritual symbol that comes to you. Feel a radiant, pulsating heart, with rays of love coming in to meet you, or feel the love of a Divine Teacher, Jesus, The Christ, the Buddha, a saint, etc.. Know that these images are your doorway of connection to your Higher Self (where love, wisdom, intuition and compassion reside.)

      This Higher Self, Jewel in the Lotus, or Soul in the Spiritual Heart, is linked to a Higher Mind of Knowing as well. You can connect or align, by imagining a bridge, from the heart upward to a place above the head, which holds a more expansive consciousness and which also links to a Higher Source of Power or Will as well. Breathe evenly and rest in this awareness for a few minutes, at the beginning of each day. See what you experience as you ask for higher guidance or reflect on a quality that you want to develop in your life.

      You can also imagine extending that alignment, bridge of connection (“antahkarana” as it is called in the ancient wisdom), from the everyday thinking mind to a Higher Mind (that is aware of abstract patterns and the bigger picture) and then toward a thought or image of Oneness with the Universe or into the loving arms of the Cosmos and God’s Presence. Be still and listen, with a calm but alert mind.

      Know that this inner exercise will link you up to the resources of the Universal Heart and Mind over time. Let your own experience guide you; if the words or images shift, go with what emerges. This is everyone’s birthright and we can all tap into Source energy or the Creative flow of the Divine.

      Of interest, on the scientific edge of developing new paradigms to understand the energetic potential of the heart, is the HeartMath Institute, in Boulder Creek, CA. (see website in reference section). They are a well-established educational and research center, which began with an emphasis on reducing stress and increasing well- being for people. Current research indicates that there are brain cells in the heart- that it is a thinking center, which pulsates coherent waves that radiate into our minds, likely affecting our DNA and the planet as well. Science and Spirit are interwoven as we view the world now at an energetic - vibratory level.
