Jack was like any normal child. He put his toys away
when asked, ate all of his dinner and always tidied his
room. Although he already had a room full of toys,
Jack always seemed to want more and more …
Each morning Jack would eat his breakfast
in front of the TV and watch the
advertisements of all the latest and greatest
toys. When he saw a toy that he liked he
would shout out to his mother
He would immediately leap up and record
the new toy on a Christmas list that he
kept on the side of the fridge.
The year went on and Jack’s list grew
and grew and grew.
Why not?
thought
Jack.
I’ve been nice all year.
The Nice
List is the list that counts and Jack
knew, based on previous Christmas
mornings, as long as he was Nice and
not Naughty, Santa would always leave
the toys he wished for under the
Christmas tree.
A week before Christmas, Jack was so excited he couldn't sleep.
Suddenly, he heard a loud bump from downstairs and quietly
tiptoed out of his bedroom to investigate.
