      People who are aware of their emotional framework, and understand that certain reactions often lead to certain consequences, are usually more successful. They understand the importance of their emotions in achieving what they desire. Your emotions can create blockages in your life when not dealt with correctly. To become aware of the blockages and eliminate them, you need to get to the core of the emotion by understanding the thoughts that triggered that emotion. By becoming aware of your thoughts and emotions, you will have the energy intelligence to change your reality – to respond to emotions, instead of reacting to them. As thoughts come from higher places than emotions, you will be in control of your emotions and you will process those emotions more constructively than others who allow their emotions to control them. You will see right through people as you watch how they do not know how to process their own energy.
