      Mother Stands

      Tyler had come to see me for a reading.

      “Laura, I keep seeing the face of a man. He randomly appears, when I’m relaxing with my eyes shut. I don’t know him. Do you think I’m seeing a ghost?”

      “No, ghosts don’t appear that way. This male is your Spirit Guide.”

      “That’s odd.” “Why?”

      “Last week, I found my elderly mother standing on top of her bed, looking contently at the ceiling. She’s been confined to a wheel chair and unable to stand for many years. In a panic, I quickly helped her back into bed. My mother insisted a pretty lady wearing a long blue gown appeared to her. Did she experience a ghost, spirit guide or is this dementia?”

      “Your mother’s spirit guide appeared.”

      Departure Dreams

      Elderly friends have called me after experiencing these dreams. While sleeping some people visit the other side, prior to death. The person is approached by their spirit guide in a beautiful setting, such as a park.

      An invitation is extended, such as “I have the perfect place for you. Would you like to stay awhile?”

      An elderly widow had a familiar man, whom she couldn’t place, proposed to her.

      “Mildred, will you marry me. I already have a beautiful dress for you to wear.”

      “Not right now,” she replied.

      To accept the invitation would likely mean passing while asleep. To decline the offer, one should realize the time is near. Some people are very firm about needing to get back to something right away. Others find themselves among people who have been gone a long time. They are mingling with them and enjoying themselves.

      Spirit Guides Use Codes

      Spirit does use codes such as “Y” for yes or “O” for no. Other common codes seem to be “X” for wrong or problem and “S” for is. When I’m correct “S”, becomes visible in midair. This is similar to someone nodding their head in agreement, while listening to someone speaking. I can see these codes with my eyes open or shut, while conversing with others.

      The Boyfriend

      Wendy had come in for a reading.

      “I’m having trouble with my boyfriend Justin. Is our relationship going to be okay?”

      With open eyes I viewed a big “0” drawn in midair. I went on to ask her guide, “Is their relationship over?” Letter “Y” was with a lit up background, which meant yes.

      “Wendy this relationship is shown to be over.” “Has Justin been telling me the truth?”

      I closed my eyes and “X” was displayed with a dark background.

      “No.”
