Little Purse and Shoulder Bag with Flaps, Both in Small and Large Sizes

This design makes use of the number of squares in the patchwork pattern, with the edge of the patchwork pieces creating guidelines for easy cutting and stitching. It’s created by folding outer and inner bag pieces like origami, then matching them together. The button loops peeking out add a cute touch.

      Tote with Pompom

A pompom made of felt and wool creates a warm look for this bag, which is a simple design using one piece of felt fabric. As it’s made from felt, it’s not necessary to finish off the edges. The handles are crocheted from the same wool as the pompom.

      Instructions on page 60

Wind wool around thick card to create pompom.
