      Where Have You Come From?

      Your most recent past lifetime is indicated in your birth chart in the position known as the South Node.

      The South and North Nodes are not planets. They are referred to as “Nodes of the Moon,” and are the points in space where the moon, in its path around the earth, passes through the plane of the earth’s orbit around the sun. (See Appendix for Illus.) If the moon is going from the southern hemisphere of the earth to the north, it is called the “North Node.” When the moon is going from the northern hemisphere to the south, it is called the “South Node.” These Nodes gradually shift through the astrological signs, changing signs about every year-and-a-half.
