      Unlike other emotions, joy is a constant state of wellbeing that does not change with the surrounding circumstances of life that often influence our feelings. Joy is an inner confidence, knowing that God is there and there is nothing to fear for the future. It is also an acknowledgement of being the recipient of the present blessings from him.

      This little book is designed to help you to be in tune with this source of joy and to challenge you to step out in faith that you will begin to see the fruits of living a life free from the cares and worries of this world.
