В разных культурах используется различная посуда: пресс для маисовых лепешек, скалки, котелок с выпуклым днищем, ступка с пестиком, разделочная доска, чайник и т. д. В игровой комнате можно поместить разнообразные столовые принадлежности: серебряный поднос, деревянные ложки, лопаточки для торта, терку, взбивалку для яиц, деревянные кастрюли и тарелки, жестяные тарелки, пластиковые тарелки, чайные чашки, палочки для еды, чайник и кофейник.

      Могут пригодиться и национальные костюмы, хотя они нечасто используются в драматическом представлении. Из одежды можно развесить в игровой комнате платья, юбки, жакеты и большие куски ткани различной формы и фактуры.
