      The Goddess Journals is predominantly composed of experiential exercises such as creative journaling and guided visualisations for self awareness through activities, checklists and questionnaires that are delivered in a workbook style format. Journaling is a sanctuary of your thoughts and feelings which are transposed into words either on a blank journal, notebook or paper. Identifying and recording those deeper aspects of the self is a highly recommended technique so that you can become more motivated to empower yourself for your ideal future. You will learn to have greater self awareness by identifying past limiting beliefs, releasing your inner feeling about your own life, releasing any blocked emotions that hinder your personal growth, identifying your inner dream urges, applying goal setting and mind-mapping techniques and envisioning your ideal future by creating a Vision Board.

      1. JOURNEY PAGE: Identifying Your Past Limiting Beliefs

      There is an importance in understanding your beliefs as beliefs determine what you perceive in life. Your perception about your own life may have prevented you from achieving your ideal life. Once your awareness of this perception is increased, your mind has more power to control and shape your reality.

      1.Close your eyes, relax and breath slowly and deeply. Drift off slowly into your past where you were a child. Visualise yourself being happy and enjoying yourself. Concentrate on these feelings for a few moments.

      2.Now focus on any negative limiting belief that anyone such as an authority figure may have implied over you which you may have carried with you your entire life. These may be words such as “you will never make it”, “your hopeless”, “you don’t know anything”, “you need to work very hard to get anywhere in life”, “he or she are just lucky to have all those things”. Concentrate on any negative limiting beliefs you may have had since childhood for a few moments.

      3.Record in your journal, how these limiting beliefs made you feel and if they have contributed to some fears that have held you back from achieving more in life.

      2. JOURNEY PAGE: Going Into The Future

      1.Sit quietly, close your eyes and relax. Visualise any aspect of your life you would like to transform. Write in your journal what changes you would make. For example, I want a more fulfilling occupation, I want to find a partner of a romantic nature, I want more money.

      2.Imagine you can create the change. It doesn’t matter how out of reach it appears as the purpose is to explore what you would like to change right now. Continue to imagine that you have this aspect/s of your life transformed.

      3.Record in your journal having this aspect of your life. For instance, I have found another occupation that I enjoy, I have found a partner of a romantic nature, I am receiving more money, I have a better relationship with this person. Be very specific with what you want by going into detail and the date you want them achieved by.

      4.Record how you would feel if this part of your life was formed into reality.

      Your visualisation about your future cannot fruition if your mind permits this as an impossibility. By believing the opposite, that there is possibility, you come closer to your ideal picture.

      3. JOURNEY PAGE: Your Power Analysis

      In order to delve into you deep self, the subconscious self, you will identify any negative influences in you life and look at ways of increasing your power supply.

      1.Record in your journal, within the left column of a table, people in your life that drain power from you and in the right column of the table, people who give power to you?

      3.Explain how you would like to feel?

      4.Think of a recurring pattern you seem to experience with at least one person from this table and write it in your journal?

      5.How do each of these people make you feel?
