Dedication
For the last decade I have had the pleasure and honor to share new ideas and concepts about how we age with an extraordinary group of human beings.
This book is dedicated to these special physicians and pioneers who had the courage and vision to conceive of a new medical society and a new medical paradigm. They have changed how we view the aging process and unshackled our minds from the constraints of medical dogma that is hundreds of years old.
This special group of men has changed the quality and quantity of life for our present generation as well as for future generations to come. Because they have refused to accept the limits of contemporary medical minds as the limits of reality, we will all benefit.
I express my deepest thanks to

for their tireless efforts in establishing the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
I would also like to extend very special thanks for the vision and inspiration of a great teacher and fellow plastic surgeon, Dr. James Smith, who encouraged me to continue on the path where no other plastic surgeon has gone.
This book is dedicated to all of these people.
