       What Your Doctor Isn’t Telling You Is Hurting You!

      BEFORE YOU HEAD TO your doctor for painful allergy shots or pop your next antihistamine pill, I want to share some exciting news with you: you don’t have to simply suffer from allergies or mask allergy symptoms with invasive shots and harsh drugs. More and more research shows that you can significantly reduce your allergies, not just the uncomfortable symptoms of allergies, through specific foods, nutrients, herbs, therapies, and other natural approaches.

      That’s great news for anyone who has been suffering from the many uncomfortable and sometimes disabling symptoms of allergies. Let’s face it: if you love the outdoors, pollen, mold, and other allergies can make your life downright miserable. And then there are the indoor allergen-causing substances like dust, dust mites, animal dander, and more. I’m going to share some of the most exciting research along with my antiallergy diet and lifestyle approach that will help get your health back, enabling you to enjoy the hobbies or work you enjoy and boosting your overall quality of life.

      According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), an estimated 19.1 million adults in the United States were diagnosed with hay fever just in the last year.1 An additional 6.1 million children experienced hay fever symptoms in the last year alone. On top of that, 7.4 million children had respiratory allergies and still another 8.5 million kids had skin allergies in the last year alone.2 That’s a lot of sneezing, congestion, itching and hives, and trouble breathing.

      Although drugs may
